These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to blackboxdr.site and to the apps, member areas and digital products offered by Black Box, operated by 69.204.611 RICARDO DA SILVA MARQUES, CNPJ 69.204.611/0001-58 ("Black Box", "we", "us"). By visiting our website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our products

Black Box creates and sells digital educational products, including guided learning apps, member content libraries, interactive assessments and downloadable guides. All products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. A description of each product, including what is included and its price, is shown before purchase.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is personal and may not be shared with others.

Purchases & subscriptions

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and may include applicable taxes.
• Each checkout page clearly states whether a product is a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription, along with the billing amount and frequency.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, as described in our Cancellation Policy.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.

License & acceptable use

When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share our content;

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our apps or systems;
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Educational disclaimer

Intellectual property

All content, including text, audio, video, graphics, software and the Black Box name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Black Box and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Box is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling content. You may stop using our services and cancel any subscription at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
